This version has been changed a little to improve the math. The
description it put in the activity log has had the results of the
program stripped so the program would handle the numbers with less
overhead. It still has the WCC file so you may want to massage the
WCX file to reflect your attitude. 
    
    I have added a 4th line to the configuration file to add a
variable so your users that are not Hams the name of someone they
might want to talk to so they might get more information about joining
the ranks of the Amateur Radio operators. You might want to edit
this file with an ASCII editor to your own liking.
